For some reason, we always had George Clooney down as one of the more sensible Hollywood A-listers.But if recent reports are to be believed, he's just as barmy as the rest of them.
Apparently, Gorgeous George has installed his own customized beach hut next to his trailer while filming in Surrey, complete with a hot tub and decking area.
According to The Sun, George's private area also features a basketball court and cost £100,000 to complete.
A source told the paper: "George has really brought a bit of California to London. His private area is amazing and is better than most people's houses.
"Because he's such a big star he can request pretty much whatever he wants and he usually gets it. Scene builders can build anything on a film set - and that goes for facilities for the actors too. It's quite a sight."
George is currently in Surrey filming new sci-fi film Gravity with co-star Sandra Bullock.
"George lets [Bullock's son] Louis play on his decking and has a right laugh with him. He is big mates with Sandra, they've known each other for years." said the paper's source.
The only slight snag in George's plan is that local children reportedly keep trying to sneak into his private paradise. Can't blame them, really.
