Another Disney star rebels! Ok well it’s not that shocking…remember when the naked cellphone picture was released?��Vanessa Hudgens tweeted a photo this Thursday of her new tattoo. She opted for a black butterfly outline on her neck. What do you think of her new tattoo…classy or tacky?
