But behind the happy facade lurks a secret heartache - sort of - according to a report about the naming of the baby girl she is currently carrying.
We all know the Beckhams like to go for "unusual" names for their kids, but it is claimed that Posh was so resigned to never having a girl that she gave her two pet dogs after her favourite fashion items.
So she has a Yorkshire terrier called Twiggy and a bulldog named Coco.
And The Mirror reckons that they're now regretting using "Coco" on the hound.
The paper quotes a source as saying: "Theyve spent hours with baby books but nothing trumps Coco. David made clear he wont name her after a big-bellied bulldog.
"Victoria's worried silly and having sleepless nights thinking up a solution."
We hope she comes up with something quick, for all our sakes!
